I have secondary progressive MS and have taken all the ABC drugs and novantrone. I was recently in the emergency room for what was called a seizure. I had stopped taking Ampyra because it made me shake my head and arms a lot. We are trying to decide what to do because I have been getting worse and I don't think the Doctor knows what to do either. Do I just deal with what is going on or should I take something hopefully to stop the progression? I have been reading that diet might help a lot. My neurologist suggests aubagio, but the reviews are scary.
