So my b12 level right now is 300ish, my nuero thinks this is causing my symptoms. I was so annoyed then tonight I finally found articles that spoke of b12 def.causing spasticity and clonus. Would you agree?

Absolutely. B12 deficiency is one of the two biggest mimics of MS, the other being Lyme disease. Sometimes even lab values in the normal range are too low for the individual, and the person will exhibit signs/symptoms of B12 deficiency. As important as getting the B12 level into the optimal range for the person is to find the underlying reason for the low level and get that treated.
