My hands are always ice cold and numb. Certain finger tips have a small sensation, but for the most part my hands are always freezing cold and numb. I recently started practicing writing back with my right hand and it's coming along. I notice when I get real cold my right hand tenses up and gets stuck (my fingers stick together) which last for under a minute, but it freaks me out.
I also have to steer clear of cold objects as they burn my inside, like the tile in the shower if my leg touches it it burns. I have been in bed and my legs and arms feel as though they are burning on the inside, but my body temp is normal. It's weird explaining it to my husband or anyone else that is no semi familiar with MS, but I know I am not crazy
