looking for information on Medicare

Hello MSWorld,

I will be on SSDI for the long term, and know very little about Medicare.

Are there any good links, sites, govt info booklets, NMSS booklets, that have the basics on Medicare?
if I am eligible, would like to get benefits. Currently have insurance through spouse's employer.
