Shortness of breath and fatigue

Does anyone ever experience shortness of breath with fatigue? As the day goes on, I have been getting tired, body feels kinda achy and it feels harder to breathe. I live in a three story home and get pooped from walking up and down the stairs. Could it be from over exertion? Does anyone else experience this? I am 35 years old and my main symptom is fatigue.

I haven't been diagnosed with MS, but instead with an alternate nervous system disorder. My main problems are shortness of breath and fatigue. Have you had your blood pressure checked lately? My shortness of breath and fatigue are caused by low blood pressure. Could be worth looking into!

Thanks for replying Allene. I am going to make an appointment with my primary physician. I've always had blood pressure within the normal range but on the low side. I will definitely look into it!
