National mobilty and seating

Thanks to Marco suggestion, I called a couple of manufactures and found out they are close to my house. It's national mobilty and seating - they say they are in next work for my insurance and they would fill it. Has anyone done business with them? They claim they can get wait ever wheelchair I want and can order it. Thank you

I am in The Woodlands TX and they are located many miles away from me. But they come to work on my chair for the last 4 years.

NS&M provided my wheelchair. A lot has to do with the mobility specialist in your area, but the company is setup to provide exceptional service. They definitely helped me qualify for a better chair than the insurance company wanted to allow. They wrote up a justification for every upgrade and provided the paperwork, including the letter of medical necessity, for the doctor to simply sign. Ask questions, be truthful about your needs and things should go well. Do not be shy -- medicare/insurance only wants to pay for a wheelchair every 5 years, so don't let them cheap out.

i would not recommend or deal with this company again. The salesperson was adequate. But there were billing issues which went to the upper management and they were unwilling to solve the problem.

Not for me, please.

They did not consider what I wanted at all. For some reason I am incapable of deciding what's best for me! After countless phone calls and ridiculous requests they wanted me in a monstrosity of a chair.

I honestly gave up. I will purchase the chair I want and need myself.
