Changing from MAC to Windows XP

Have all my short cuts & memo's & widgets on my MAC. Now my son is getting me a "new to me" computer.

What should I expect accessibility wise. I use text to speech daily. Use Dvorak right handed keyboard setup. Need big contrast in print. Music, radio, listen to stories while in bed.

Where do I find out about what I am getting myself into?

Got it Saturday

Boy it is different. Brighter, faster but missing some of my needed applications.

1. Alarm clock
2. Tones for the wimpy alarm it does have
3. Text to speech - well there is one but it reads everything from address to end of document.

So now the search starts!
