In my exercise class I have been introduced to a Flexiciser which straps in my feet and gives me a great automated "bike ride". It has greatly improved my circulation. I'm looking for something equivilent to use at home. I've seen ads for Theracycle and Ex n' Flex. I would appreciate comments from users of either or equivilent machines.
