    Just Have to Share

I went back to work after taking a medical leave for close to 3 months. I had ON and work on computers all day. I have been afraid I was going to have to quit my job . My job was so very understanding and helpful.

I went in not knowing what to expect. Not only was everyone genuinely happy to see me, but I was able to see the computer screen and paperwork ok. My left eye is still fuzzy, but is manageable.

I have been in a serious depression afraid I was not going to ever have a life again. Now I realize my life may never be the same, but I do still have some life left in me.

For the first time I have been diagnosed I feel like I'm gonna make it. I hope this feeling continues. God knows I'm going to enjoy it while I have it.

As you say our lives may not ever be the same, but we do still have life left in us. I am glad you had such a positive experience with returning to work.

You are very lucky to have a workplace that understands. Many people don't have that.

My thoughts and prayers are with you and don't ever give up.
