Journaling Creative Writing Therapy with Mari L. McCarthy. "CreateWriteNow", Mari guides clients in utilizing their creative writing skills and talents for self-discovery, personal growth and healing. Journaling helps them reduce stress, resolve problems, adjust their attitudes and accomplish more goals.

American Heart Association Web site has tips on healthy eating, exercise and health checks to make sure we know heart health indicators. It offers a "Choose to Move" exercise program for women.

Healthy Living with MS link to the National MS Society's Web page with recommendations on diet, exercise, stretching, Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAMs), and more. "Wellness is a dynamic state of physical, emotional, spiritual, and social well-being that can be achieved even in the presence of a chronic illness or disability."
