A story from Margaret
aka RagdollOP

with minor additions by Liz aka WriteOP

Does this look like a paper nightmare to you? Me too! But this is where RagdollOP begins her magic finding the great trivia questions for Friday Night Game Night in the MSWorld Chat Room. This is where we hope we know the answer to at least ONE of the questions - we hope we will laugh when we get it right or when we put down a silly answer! This is where we get our exercise with internal jogging – laughter.

Coming Alive

"Before TGIF became trivia. it was family feud. That was fun to play until your team lost. Then a lot of people were bored until the game was over. After I took over, I changed it to trivia using the same format I use today. I hosted alone for several months. It has been a huge success ever since!" Ragdoll says.

This baby was born in early 2000 when Ragdoll took over TGIF. "I decided early on that no teams would be chosen, no score kept. And everyone could play as long as they wanted to. In fact I have had several requests for more trivia," says Ragdoll.

When she first started trivia, she collected some Trivial Pursuit games. Time passed and she found other things to use, from television, magazines, newspapers, the Internet, the trusty library, and a few other sources. "I have always put the trivia together so I could make sure of the content. I didn't want anyone to have hurt feelings. And to make trivia both entertaining and informative. I have quite a stash of questions but I am always looking for more!" Was that an invitation Ragdoll? Does this picture make you think she needs MORE?

With the hurricanes in Ragdoll's state of Florida, Writeop/Liz steps in as sub from time to time and MTYOP had the honor once so far. Her first co-host was HappyOP/Kelly.

Labor of Love!

"I love the friendly competition of trivia, and I love stumping the players occasionally. I try to make the questions funny. Sometimes I use thought provoking and even useless tidbits of useless information. Most of all, fun for all our players. I take trivia very seriously and spend countless hours getting it all together. But it is a labor of love.

" I love everything about hosting trivia. It is my favorite chat."

Stretch that Brain - Fight Brain Atrophy!

"I feel trivia is a form of mental exercise. It helps people with the thinking process. Sometimes it gives people something to laugh at (ROFL) and a temporary escape from everyday life problems, for at least one hour a week."
