Sausage Lasagna
from Joy's Kitchen
Quick and Easy
(altered to be lower in fat)

1 Butterball turkey polish sausage, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 8 oz. box lasagna noodles
1 jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce
1 8 oz. package fat-free, shredded mozzarella cheese

Cook noodles, according to package directions.
Spray bottom and sides of oblong baking dish with non-fat cooking spray. Layer ingredients in this order: sausage, noodles, sauce, cheese. Repeat layers, until ingredients are used up, remembering that shredded cheese should be the very top layer.
Bake in 350ºF for 30 minutes.
