Rice Krispie Chicken
from Joy's kitchen

Quick and Easy one-pan recipe
(altered to be lower in fat)

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cups rice krispies cereal, crushed
fat-free Italian dressing
2 - 3 Tbsp. fat-free grated Parmesan cheese

Marinate chicken in salad dressing at least two hours.
Mix crushed rice krispies and grated Parmesan cheese together.
Coat marinated chicken with mixture.

Place in uncovered casserole dish, coated with non-fat cooking spray.
Bake at 350ºF for one hour.
