What do you do

when you can’t find your way?

Alone and discouraged

you pass through the day.  

When is the time

for this family of man

to stand close together

hand upon hand.

You shout to the mountains

Sing out on the hill

Roar like a lion

Encompass your fill.

Where can you be

when the day does not end,

but falls down before you

not trying to mend?      

How can you care for

your family on earth?

Your friends now have left you

all gone from your birth.

for each person to see

that love in your heart

protects you, carries me.

the angels on high
