MSWorld is pleased to welcome members of the Multiple Sclerosis International Federation and especially the members of My World of MS. We hope you'll see that My World of MS and MSWorld is a perfect match to meet your on-line support needs. Our collaboration with the MSIF will allow us to put real meaning behind our name, MSWorld.
Whether you are newly diagnosed or well experienced with MS, we welcome you to share your questions, experiences, successes and challenges with our members. Family members and friends are also welcome and highly valued at MSWorld.
MSWorld is made up of thousands of people who are here to offer support and understanding just for you as you face the challenges of living with MS.
Our primary services are our website, message boards and chat rooms. You do not need to join MSWorld to view our website or message boards. Membership is free and confidential and gives you the ability to join in our 24x7 chat rooms and to post messages on our forums. We provide a wide range of message board forums and chat rooms to meet your needs including NMSS chapter chat rooms dedicated to many of the NMSS chapters. Our website contains hundreds of articles, poems, artwork, essays and much more contributed by our members.
Important Notice: Your login username and password on My World of MS are not shared with MSWorld at this time. Please create a new account on MSWorld to access our member's only services.
We will be adding many new features in the coming months to welcome our international friends including non-English message boards and chat rooms as well as enhanced translation capability with our new website design due out this summer. We welcome your suggestions at msworld@msworld.org.
MSWorld is managed and operated by an all volunteer staff (each living with MS) so we hope you'll see that we have a deep understanding of what really matters and can relate directly to your concerns and questions.
MSWorld is free for your use and is funded from a variety of sources. Rest assured that the funding from the pharmaceutical companies is in the form of unrestricted educational grants so we are not in the business of promoting one medication over another.
We strongly urge our members and guests to seek medical information from their physicians or from the MS International Federation website.
Our mission is to help end the isolation that people may feel after a diagnosis of MS. We genuinely hope you will make this your on-line support group.
