If remembering where you put your glasses (and if they are not on your head!) or where that phone number you need is, this book hold many tips for streamlining everyday tasks. This book is great for people with MS, which the author has, but for anyone who struggles with memory issues.

Schwarz covers assistive devices which will help you remember and tips to help you remember to take your medicine, pay your bills on time, make appointments and more to make your life less stressful and more enjoyable.

Her advice comes from the heart and personal experience as if she is a friend talking to you over a cup of coffee.

I had the pleasure of meeting her at the 2007 NMSS Conference and found her delightful and bright.

Check out her Website at: http://www.meetinglifeschallenges.com/index.php to listen to some of her Internet Radio shows:

* Becky Meyer Pourchot, lives with bipolar disorder;
* Carol Ziesemer, social worker recovering from  breast cancer
* Jodi Cohen, performer and training, living with chronic migraines;
* Deborah Proctor, living with chemical sensitivities and fibromyalgia;
* Jeffrey Gingold, Author of Facing the Cognitive Challenges of MS
* Carol O'Leary, living with multiple sclerosis.

I think you will find more ideas to help streamline your life while living with any degree of memory loss.
