Some of you may recognize Tip from MSWorld chats. We have been walking along side him as his book was readied for press. Here is your chance to see his end result - worthy of purchase and a good read.

The author knows MS all too well and has been tireless and fearless in his search to find the best treatment. This book is a good resource as a result of his research. But he makes it very clear that he wants readers to keep an open mind when reading about alternative options for MS.
He writes: "I want to compliment those people who have an open mind and are willing to read about alternative options. Many people believe without question what their doctors tell them. We are a generation of people who put a lot of faith and trust in their medical professionals. This book is not intended to destroy that concept, but to question is."

Tip has kept excellent records leading up to his diagnosis and on through his search for alternative ways to treat MS. He is able to give a complete medical and MS history and his alternative treatment history.

He uses common sense during his search for alternative answers. He warns there is a balance between unproven remedies and conservative medical ideas and says the "treatments described in his book are not intended to take the place of medical care."

Tip also recognizes that many medical doctors do not like alternative medicine but "...carefully consider advice from any doctor; The bottom line is whether or not treatments are working for you personally." But the author admits "I am not one to sit back and wait."

Tip acknowledges what most of us realize, that MS does not happen overnight. Some damage is done by the time a diagnosis is made. He wants people to seek out ways to improve his or her quality of life. He believes in a lifestyle change even if it is as simple as cutting sugar out of the diet.

The author has done the groundwork and research for us when looking at the alternative ways to treat MS. For this reason alone, the book is very worthy. He has taken years of research and study alongside his medical records and allows readers to compare for themselves. Tip's book gives us a way to look at the various alternative treatments for MS and decide if we want to pursue any for ourselves.

I know I love foot rubs and Tip shares a detailed reflexology graph for hands and feet which can benefit anyone. The one reference that is difficult for me is "56 reasons how sugar ruins your health" because I have a determined sweet tooth!

Thank you, Tip, for putting your dedicated work in print to share with others seeking answers.

In other words, "Thanks for the tips, Tip!" (Sorry, I could not resist!)
