               Chilé Bread

1 cup yellow corn meal
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. baking soda
1 cup butter milk
2 Tbsp. butter melted
2 eggs, beaten
1- 8 oz. can cream style corn
1 onion, chopped
1 - 4 oz. can chopped green chiles
1 cup longhorn cheese, grated
(or your favorite cheese)

Mix cornmeal, salt, baking soda, and baking powder.
Stir in remaining ingredients, mixing well.
Pour into greased loaf pan.

Bake at 350ºF for 45 minutes.
Cool for 10 minutes, slice and serve
