                        Beer Bread

                           Makes One Loaf 
                     Pre-Heat Oven to 350ºF 

INGREDIENTS:

3 cups self-rising flour
½ cup sugar
1 bottle of room temperature beer (12 oz.) 
DO NOT USE HEINIKEN, CORONA OR A DARK BEER
¼ cup melted real butter (no substitutes)

DIRECTIONS:

In a large mixing bowl, stir together first 3 ingredients. Let batter rest for 5-10 minutes.

Spray a loaf pan with non-stick spray,
even if pan is non-stick.

Bake bread for 45 minutes.

Take out of oven and spoon melted butter on top. Bake for 10 more minutes.
