Banana Pudding low fat & almost sugar-free from the kitchen of Mary Camp, aka MaciA
Ingredients:
1 large package instant sugar-free pudding 2½ cups skim milk 1 cup low-fat Cool Whip ¾ cup no-fat sour cream 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 - 4 bananas, sliced Low-fat vanilla wafers
Mix first five ingredients, until smooth and fluffy. Stir in bananas. Immediately pour into a bowl. Insert vanilla wafers around the edge, standing them on end, with top half exposed – out of pudding. A few cherries may be placed on top of the pudding, for decoration.
