My real name is Sharon and I am 44 years old. On July 24, 2004, I got my definite diagnosis of MS. My whole family has been extremely supportive and I feel so grateful for this. For a period of time, I went through complete denial. Sometime in 2006 I embraced the fact that I definitely had MS and found
MSWorld. org.

JoJo is my beloved Jack Russell terrier and that is how I came up with JojoOP. My husband is Randy and I have a daughter, Meredith, age 14 and a son, Harrison, age 15. My world revolves around my immediate family. They have been so supportive and understanding. Sometimes I think they feel worse for me than I do for myself.

We live in Bossier City, Louisiana. Throughout Bossier City, we own rental properties. For over 13 years, we have been in the rental property business. Also, Randy repairs and sells CT Scan and MRI machines and equipment.

My motto is: "What doesn’t kill you, makes you stronger." In my everyday life I really don’t dwell too much on my MS. Since I am still very mobile, I tend not to share my MS with very many people outside of MSWorld. Finding MSWorld was a godsend for me. It truly helped me embrace my MS and these days it is a goal to give back some of what has been given to me through this awesome website.
