Cherry juice

I may have asked this before... can't remember.

Has anyone heard of drinking pure cherry juice for pain/inflammation/insomnia?

It's expensive, but I'm trying it.

Dr. Oz has talked about the benefits of tart cherry juice multiple times. If you google Dr. Oz and tart cherry juice you will find some more information, but it definitely mentioned being beneficial for pain. Whole foods sells it for around 6.99-7.99 for a glass bottle. I hope you find a good price.

Used for Gout, too

My husband uses cherries for gout. His doctor told him about it a few years ago. Dark fresh or frozen cherries work best I think. In summer we get fresh, in winter we buy the frozen bag from Costco. Blend 'em up into a shake or eat them plain.
