I would like to know if anyone taking Tysabri has experienced muscle loss in their legs??

I've had 10 Tysabri infusions and have not experienced and weakness in my legs.
KyleAt weddings, my Aunts would poke me in the ribs and cackle "You're next!". They stopped when I started doing the same to them at funerals. Dave Barry -

I have increased soreness in my legs. I overheard a patient at my infusion mention it also.
Tysabri works amazingly for many patients. Many people report improvements in their symptoms. Mine have worsened and added a couple of new ones.
It is probably just the natural course of the disease. Before I started Tysabri I was fortunate to have mild - mostly sensory - symptoms, but my walking stamina and strength of my right arm have decreased.
I am thankful for no new lesions.
