Hi.......my husband and I just got a new computer. When going to this page, of course I had forgotten my password since it was set to remember on the old computer. How do I reset the password or get a new one??? Help!!!

Lisa, have you tried logging out and logging back in? Or trying a different web browser. Sometimes if you're logged in too long or have a "saved password" your internet browser says you're logged in when you're not...

Your account is obviously still active, so there isn't any reason on our side that would be denying you access to the chat room.

Also, make sure that you are allowing Java to run on your browser.
