Smile Speech machine has arrived - YEAH!!!
The telephone that I can use to "talk" to others has not arrived yet but all I have to do is find the picture of what I want to say or type in the words & hit SPEAK.

This may not be an issue with most MSer's but if I talk 30 minutes, my strength, volume & ability to be understood is gone.

I also saw the price the state of Texas paid for just the machine. Never could afford it myself. Would have to go old school with iPad & Text-to-speech program.
