Question Temporary paralysis

I have not been dx with MS yet but have been showing signs and symptoms; one of the latest is for the past 4 hours my arm has been going numb to where I can't move it and it stays like this for about 20 minutes. It has happened 3 times in the past hour and I am wondering what I do and if this is a sign of MS?

If it's still during office hours when you read this, call your neurologist for instructions. If it isn't during office hours, go the the ER. There are things other than MS that could be causing what you're describing. Intermittent paralysis isn't something to sit on.
