    Cellulitis?

So I just had a bout of cellulitis on my foot. It went away after about 5 days of treatment. I noticed that a weakened immune system is a risk factor. Should I bring this up to my neuro at my next appointment?

    Anyone else have this happen?

Ouch! Glad you are on the mend.

I would mention it; it's an important health issue, and a rather uncommon one all in all, and it never hurts to keep your neuro informed of your basic health issues so they can decide if it's related or not.

. I do think your neuro needs to know it. I am going to look it up and get familiar with it again.
My dad had it once and I can't remember much about it.
      He did not have ms..

It's just an opportunistic type infection. I didn't have any break in the skin, etc. It's been added to my list to discuss with my neuro and see what she says.

I had cellulitis and it was a very painful spot. The doc drew a circle around it, but me on antibiotics, and told me if the border went past the drawn circle to go to the ER.

Luckily it resolved with no further treatment needed. This was several years before MS.
