magnesium glycinate or gluconate?

I was looking for magnesium glyconate that you suggested in a previous post. I found glycinate and gluconate. Now I'm really confused. I'm thinking it's glycinate. Yes? It is a hard supplement to find. Can you straighten me out? Thanks

I gave up on finding Magnesium gluconate, and settled for aspartate. also very absorbable. You might check it out. Swanson's.

Smile Thank You

Thank you Nance. I might just try regular magnesium supplements at the Drug Store. IF it is supposed to help spasticity, I'll do it. Thanks for responding.
