I am interested in hearing from anyone who has tried botox for spasticity in the leg. My Dr. talked about it but mentioned that I might need a cane until he gets the dosage right. Has anyone had a good experience with botox?

Personally, I have no experience, but my sister has. She gets Botox in her neck, jaw and scalp for severe muscle tension headaches. She said the procedure is painful in those areas but it has decreased her headaches quite a lot.

I had Botox 2 years ago. When I did it worked great for a short time. I only have received in my right leg. My ins. decided the price was too high for me. I could not afford on my own. Baclofen did not work on me. Best of luck---SherryComment
