Anybody using Fampridine, if so - how are you finding it?

Fampridine SR = Ampyra = 4-aminopyridine (sustained release)

    I take 4-AP, 4-aminopyridine, instant release, 10mg 3X a day, every 5-6 hours.

My neuro prescribes it and Skip's Pharmacy in Boca Raton, FL supplies it via mail order at a cost of about $110 for a 100 day supply (300 10mg caps). No insurance.

They provide my LDN as well.

I've been taking 4-AP now for about four years, it helps.

I can't meet the eligibility walking test of Ampyra so 4-AP is my only option, plus it's much cheaper.

Thanks for info. I am seeing neuro in a few weeks and it seems this is an option for me. Have been quoted $50 cdn for 100. Will have to see what dose he thinks is best for my level of mobility at the moment.

      Thanks again
