    New from Vancouver, BC

    Hi there.

I'm a 42 year old woman diagnosed formally 2 years ago.

Struggling along the best as I can as you all are.

    Mine main areas of frustration:
    -balance
    -spasticity
    -heat intolerance
    -foot drop
    -exhaustion
    -constipation
    -cognitive issues (memory loss)

I'm very thankful for this site and all the other resources out there on the interweb.

Hello and welcome! Surly's a great word! A great way to describe MS and it's symptoms. There are many members here who can offer suggestions you might not have considered or read in conventional ms literature.

Look forward to hearing more from you.

        Hello and Welcome Surlysomething!

Feel free to read through the forums and post any questions or comments. Even venting is allowed! . You'll find that many of us struggle through the same issues, and have different ways of dealing with them. Sardi has that right!

Thanks everyone and sorry it's taken me so lock to reply.
I actually forgot I even joined here. Haha.

Last MRI showed no changes which made my neuro happy.
Struggling along the best I can and just got an amazing walker from my parents as a birthday gift. I'm still trying to wrap my head around the fact that I need it occasionally, but it gives me comfort knowing I have it.

Hope you're all trucking along the best you can.

I purchased a rollator 3 years ago, "just in case", which arrived a couple weeks ago. Now, I'm very happy to have it, and I have an electric scooter on the way! I'm very thankful for all these aids.

                  Hi from Ontario.

I also have a rollator that I use if I need to go longer distances lie the hospital. I can't use public transit though so use accessible transit here.
