I was wondering if anyone else notices having insomnia right before symptoms show up from a relapse/flair of sx? It seams that every time I have a flair I get this strange insomnia the night before where I just feel like something isn't right with my head and/or spine and a fore boding feeling .... Maybe just a coincidence or my anxiety, I don't know.

I think the sense of impending doom is actually a sign that the flare has already begun, like a distant drum beat that gets louder and clearer as the trouble gets closer.
