Drug holiday

I had been on Gilenya for almost 1 yr. My lymphocite count remained very low, and both the neuro and ms nurse said in the times I had seen them I didn't look well, I certainly didn't feel well. I've been told to stop taking Gilenya for 2 months. I had not had a period for almost 3 yrs (yes, I've gone through the menopause) and just over 24hrs after stopping I am having a very heavy period, hs anyone else experienced this?
