I can't recommend this book more highly. It got me through my first year with poistive, informed information and a plan for putting up the best defense possible.

Also be SURE to get your anxiety under control, with mediacation if necessary. Now is no time to let pride get in the way. in fact, MS causes depression and anxiety beyond what you would feel from such a diagnosis. In other words, as part of the disease process, you can get depressed and anxious, not because of your feelings.
