Weird reaction to Prednisone

Hope someone can help me here. Yesterday I started a 3 day Prednisone therapy. 50 mg. I took it at 9:30 in the morning and at about 3:30 my heart rate went way up, got shaky, hot and anxious. I'm not sure if this was a typical reaction or side effects or what. Now I'm scared to continue with the pills today. I took it with food.. nothing odd and was fine all day until I got home from work.

I have a tendency to overreact to meds. Anyone have any ideas?
