I read & found out this only prevents infections caused by ecoli, which is the majority, but you may have a bug other than ecoli, should check it out.

I understand that, needinfo. I only wanted info regarding doses (for prevention, not treatment), which I received from some posters.

I treated my UTI with anti-biotics a long time ago. I don't ever allow a UTI to go unchecked by a doctor. They usually begin during the night, and I put in a call first thing in the morning, so I can go to the lab to confirm, and get on anti-biotics. I do take a higher dose of D-Mannose, beginning as soon as I suspect a UTI, until my dx is confirmed and rx picked up.

      Symptoms began in JAN02
      - Dx with RRMS in OCT03, following 21 months of limbo, ruling out lots of other dx, and some "probable stroke" and "probable CNS" dx for awhile.
      - In 2008, I was back in limbo briefly, then re-dx w/ MS: JUL08
      .

      - Betaseron NOV03-AUG08; Copaxone20 SEPT08-APR15; Copaxone40 APR15-present
