Patent Infringement Lawsuit
On 6/17/11 Teva's Motion for Summary Judgment was denied in its patent infringement lawsuit again Sandoz and Mylan. There was a finding of no inequitable conduct in relation to Copaxone. The court set a trial date of 7/11/11 regarding Mylan's inequitable conduct affirmative defense. Remaining issues had a trial date of 9/7/11. It appears that trial date has come and gone as there is no information online regarding the outcome of the trial.Comment
