I have this problem also, sometime I ask people what I just said or if it made sense. I don't always know what will come out of my mouth. Sometimes its funny mostly frustrating.

Funny story: I live in a small conservative town - I went to the grocery store and I happened to hit the time when the majority of the customers were "older".

I was trying to tell my daughter that I wished they sold Corn Bran (a cereal). Instead, I said, "I wish they had porn her."

My voice has a tendency to carry, so in addition to everyone looking at me in shock for what I said - I made it worse by bursting in to laughter. My daughter had a great time telling everyone that story.

Ok I am laughing with you not at you. Some of the silliest things pop out of my mouth too. Kind of like "out of the mouths of babes" but it's out of the mouths of MSers.

I do this a lot and my husband is the worse about getting frustrated with me. Another female will understand and not make a big deal about it. But my husband fusses and complains that I get confuse people because I do not say things right. LIKE I do it on purpose! He is always making me feel bad about it.

So now I find myself saying I'm sorry before I even open my mouth! I tell them " I'm sorry I have MS and my brain and my mouth do not connect all the time.

        I LOVE POW-WOW's!
