Just received a letter (dated 11/26/14) from my pharmacy advising me that Aurobindo Pharma USA is recalling one lot of Northstar labeled Gabapentin 300mg capsules because THERE COULD BE EMPTY CAPSULES WITH NO MEDICATION INSIDE. The affected lot started shipping March 2014,
Our records indicate that you have had a prescription for Gabapentin 300mg since March 2014.
I've had several prescriptions of Gabapentin 300mg since March 2014 (better late than never?!).
