Funding anyone?

To this point I have been getting funding from the Chronic Disease Fund. I have been informed that their is no funding for next year.

Crap.

Active Source is telling me to relax that I should be contacted by somebody but it won't happen until the first of next year.

Double crap.

I feel useless sitting and waiting, has anyone else lost funding and what was your recourse?

Is the funding for the med and the infusion cost? I had a similar issue only because my insurance had a lapse, my co decided to switch providers last minute. So, week before infusion they were requesting 10k for it. yay ok, so long story short active source was pretty good. Yet I had to stay ontop of them, I spoke to financial assistance department. You basically have to state how your income is close to nothing...after about 4 hrs on phone they covered cost of med, and doctors office let me slide on infusion costs.

I dont' know if that's any help good luck
