Hi I just finished 3 days of solumedrol. Does anyone know how long it takes before you know if it has worked?

Good to hear you are already feeling better!
Steroids commonly take up to 7 days to see an improvement in symptoms, although many patients report feeling better after only a few days. http://www.unitedspinal.org/msscene/...ple-sclerosis/
It can take longer than that to completely recover from an exacerbation that was treated with steroids, depending on the severity of the attack. Regardless of whether or not steroids were used, the amount someone will recover from an attack is usually seen by the 6 month mark.
