How long does your stimulant, stimulate?

Provigel, coffee, vitamin B injections, etc. users. Just wondering...

In the beginning, pro vigil would get me thru the day. Then I needed to take another dose about 2pm. Now, I only get about 3 hours from it. I have been on it about 6 years with a few breaks here and there. Caffeine doesn't affect me at all, except it seems to clear a little fogginess in AM for me. I could still fall back to sleep after drinking it.

Here's one you should look into...

      Google: zipfizz

      Also, consider this supplement regimen:

600mg Malic Acid before each meal combined with 200mg Magnesium.

300mg Alpha Lipoic Acid with each meal combined with 500mg Acetyl L Carnitine.

Malic Acid w/magnesium is used as a Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia therapy. Alpha Lipoic Acid and Acetyl L Carnitine are documented to reduce MS-related fatigue and ALA is even in clinical trial right now as a Secondary Progressive MS treatment at a dose of 1200mg daily.

Another nutritional product is something called "Green Max Powder" by Swanson's Vitamins. Mix-up a glass with your favorite juice in the morning and you'll have energy all day.

I've used Zipfizz and it tastes pretty good. No caffeine.
