Hi, TGirl and everyone. If you are represented, it is best to check with your attorney regarding the specifics of your claims; they are in the best position to give information. On the Record decisions should be issued a lot faster than regular, full written decisions. I usually expect an OTR decision in a few weeks or less.

If this is any comfort, once you do get your award, it will be retroactive and there will be a big check. Do you have credit cards or any way to borrow money for the time being? I know how scary this is. Best of luck.

So sorry to hear about all of the stress that you have been going through, TGirl! And, I'm glad that it is finally melting away. If only we could find a way to make it melt away while we are going through stressful situations; now that would be a nice trick!
