I am 49,have had multiple level spinal fusion,have COPD and SEVERE anxiety/panic disorder, (which likely cuased my dimissal from a 30 yr job) and am now unemployed....what are my chances of getting SSDI?

I Also have terrible memory cannot remember anything if I don't make notes all over the place,not sure if it is a result of medication or anxiety...or from a car crash years ago or a motorcycle crash years before that...

thank u...I do have an atty that specializes in SSD and in worker comp....I have carpal as well in both hands,plus plantar fascitis, besides all the lung and panic/depression/anxiety issues..
