I am very happy for you! I know that a move is a big deal. I wish you both love and happiness. Have you moved yet or is that on the horizon?

2 years ago I moved from Austin TX where I had been for
> 25 years to be with my handsome butch. My health had been going steadily and frighteningly downhill over the last few years before I moved. TX heat is out of control and life stresses had been building for me. A long distance relationship which necessitated a 12 hour drive every 6-8 weeks was not helping.

So- I sold my beloved home (tearfully) and moved to MO. I'm not going to pretend that moving my whole life to another state wasn't traumatic- it was! But- it was the smartest and best thing I've done in a loooong time. We are happy, in love and growing stronger every day. I haven't had an episode that required steroids since I moved here 2 years ago! S/he makes me slow down and take care of myself when I won't. I'm grateful.

Anyway- congratulations! Let us know how the move goes for you!

My gf just moved from Texas to Indiana to be with me aced spending three months apart. It's so wonderful to wake up to her everyday. Congrats! so happy for you. My gf is a great supportive person in my life. Was just diagnosed with ms on thursday but we've known about it for awhile.
