anyone using My Healthy Vet?

I logged in tonite to check on my Copaxone Rx I was told taken care of (again) but I did not find the new Rx listed.

I had also been told I can message my docs, when I tried that no specialty clinic/docs are in the system. (a work still in progress) I guess I am back to having to try and get the Copaxone issue cleared up in person, instead of just taking the word of who called.

One thing I did find out was I am scheduled for a MRI in late may, that I was expecting, just had not rec'd the usual confirmation etc. I also downloaded my recent labs.

I use it sporadically. I have some of the same issues as you. It seems tricky to use and somewhat unreliable. It can also be surprising informative. I hope that they really work on improving this system.

Works good for me. I renew my VA prescriptions and e-mail my primary care doctor. Can't e-mail any of my other doctors yet.

I use it regularly for ordering prescriptions and also printing off lab results for non-VA docs - I need my ENT on speed dial for non-stop sinus infections and cannot wait for a VA appointment. Since I have an immunity defect, they need to culture first before prescribing antibiotics.

I can use the email for my primary care and really like it. When I need a prescription renewal and/or have a question, I can email and not have to call and leave a message on voicemail, then receive a call on my voicemail saying to call them. When I do - yes, voicemail. I have received prompt email responses within a day. I get a notification in my regular email that I have a message waiting. Win-Win all around.

I got the sales pitch again at my app't last week.
"This is really great, you'll see!!"
So after the GP Doc checks me out, I go hiking to find the sign-up room. There's a sign on the door that MHV training is in progress for the staff and I need to hike another mile or so to find the right building.
So yeah, its there but no one's using it yet.

I use both it and Ebenfits quite a lot, Healthyvet to order prescriptions and check blood work results and email DR and infusion ctr, Ebenefits to keep an eye on my claims.
