Reversing Age Related reduction in remyelination

A study has been published--the study is still working on mice--

early in the disease of MS remylenation occurs for the mylen---however as people age remylenation decreases significantly resulting in more permenant damage to the nerves--this study shows shows that is reversible. when old mice are exposed to inflamatory cells from young mice the aging remylenation process can be reversed.
