Thank you for answering my post on magnesium

Is the magnesium you are taking the same at what hubby and I were reading about it is called Magnesium
glyceraphosphate it is also used for leg spasms which mine are really really bad You are supposed to take 1000mgs and I saw you take 800mgs

Where do you buy yours Hubby been looking every where

One more question can you take it with other medications

Hi Shoo:

I take magnesium glycinate. It's not the same thing as magnesium glycerophosphate. Sorry I can't be more helpful on this.
