    MADE HIS DAY!

I thought I would share an experience I had in Lowes over the weekend.

Well as I said I was in Lowes this weekend and as usual on the weekends it was like a zoo. I was in my wheelchair which is normal and I was waiting in line to check out. A gentleman in the line next to me offered for me to cut line in front of him. I kindly declined and thanked him. I told him I had an advantage I was sitting down. He started laughing and said, man you just made my day. What a great outlook you have. He went on to say he would always remember that moment. He told me when he was having a bad day a he would think about that and shook my hand.

It actually made me feel better also. I just thought I would share that.

That is awesome. It really reminds us that we don't know what hardship that other people are going through. We really don't need to take advantage of others just because of our situation, and you just made it easier for that gentleman to continue to offer help to others and also feel good about it. I'm glad you guys made each others day.

Excellent! In addition many of us are not in a super hurry. I always let people go ahead of me if I can feel their impatience behind me. But your response was a classic.

                    Smiles...

As I posted earlier, I have been so down the last three days and have lost my sense of humor. But your post made me smile from molar to molar. It's like the first ray of light. Thank you for sharing with us. I for one needed that.
