I'm wondering wh as the expect at a hearing. How did others win? What questions were asked? Can u tell me how to go about winning when I get a hearing. Any info is appreciated. Thanks

I just got my 2nd denial and my next step is a hearing. I came on here looking for hearing answers as well.

Through the grapevine I have heard that they expect you to be able to do any job, like working with your hands. My hand strength is bad so I am going to try to get it in writing from my doc. Not sure how else to prove that...

They want to know specifics on fatigue, like how often did you call in sick because of fatigue. Get the dates from work or maybe keep a calendar.
